Gaining Experience & Starting Work
If you’re looking to gain valuable experience and start your career, consider these options:
How to Get Started:
- Partnering with Contractors: We collaborate with reputable contractors in the field. Contact the Utah Electrical Training Alliance for more information.
- Screening: Once employed, the contractor will arrange a drug test through the Utah Training Alliance and assist with apprentice license applications (if required).
- Pre-Employment Drug Test: We will conduct a pre-employment drug test.
- Licensing Support: Once you successfully pass the drug test, return to our office, and we’ll guide you through the license application process (if applicable).
- Licensing Fee: The licensing fee, if required, is $116.00.
